Deepest dark red with vibrant garnet hue. The aromas are powerful and complex with a wealth of fruit. It has a rich and full palate with soft flavours of plums, mulberry and a hint of vanilla. This is complemented by spicy tannins and a long finish.

Our aim is to develop tastes and show character in wines from specific regions of the world that are truly individual.
We start our explorations with a mature Shiraz from the Limestone Coast. The lighthouses on the limestone coast lookout on the amazing southern ocean and onward to Antarctica where Ernest Shackleton led his most legendary explorations.
