Tasting Notes

Attractive light yellow color with greenish reflections, very bright. Subtle and complex nose, with notes of tropical fruit, banana and white fruit, in perfect harmony with notes of spices, vanilla, pepper and cloves. On the palate, it is silky, and structured, with a refreshing touch of acidity that combines with the flavors of a suggestive background from its stay in the barrel with the lees – toffee, toasted bread and coffee beans.
