Dominique PABIOT is one of several generations of vine growers from the Pabiot family.
They have chosen to produce their wines according to Pouilly Fumé wine making tradition.
The domain comprises several parcels of vines, situated in the heart of the vineyard.
They put all of their efforts into their wines, making them products of the highest quality.
The ancestral knowledge of winemakers , combined with modern equipment and techniques, help to preserve the subtlety of their Pouilly –Fumé.
