About The Producer
Domaine Sauvion

Maison Sauvion is located in Eolie, land of the wind, because of the gentle ocean breeze that caresses the vines. Acquired in 1935 it is one of the oldest properties in the Sevre et Maine Vineyard. It covers 95 hectares where the soils are silico-clay with a late but rich terroir which gives strong ageing potential.
Because of the success of Maison Sauvion has become the ambassador of the Nantes vineyard and now Pierre-Jean continues to shape the wines of Maison Sauvion.
