About The Producer
Domaine Fillon

Jules Fillon, with the help of his wife, Camille and their son Louis, who, at the beginning of the 20th century, began to produce wine in order to commercialize it.
In 1935, Louis and his wife, Helene, settled in Saint-Bris-le-Vineux at 53 rue Bienvenue Martin, still the home of the estate.Ā At 14, Marc, son of Louis and Helene, began working with his father.
In 1985, Herve, son of Mark, decided to join the family business and five years later it was the turn of Frederique, the 3rd daughter of Marc.
In 1986, the winery located under the house is not big enough, Frederique and Herve decide to build a winery at the bottom of the village.
In 2000, Frederqiue and Herve bought a second cellar because the first is no longer sufficient.
Today, the Fillon estate has 35 hectares of vines including Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Aligote.
